Description:
This book scroll table is mainly constructed of Aged Jumu/southern
elm in frames. Tabletop is specially made of rare Nanmu wood as a
decorative panel. Rectangular baffle is fitted and connect legs at either
end. It retains original dark red lacquer.  A grapevine pattern was well
embossed and painted in gold color on the apron...

Very beautiful square Table of elegantly simple Ming style design with straight spandrels
recessed in between the legs and a full top panel made of Huanghuali wood (Rosewood)
displaying beautiful grain and texture. All sides of the top panel are naturally worn at the edges
creating a familiar response for the hands and eyes. Very good selection of wood adorned with
fretwork on all feet. It can be used as an end table.
